Mood Disorders

Everyone experiences feeling down or feeling not like themselves at some point throughout their life. This is normal. Even being here on this page today is normal. 1 in 5 people experience a mental health condition at some point in their life (NAMI).  Have you started to notice that you have been feeling down or not like yourself for longer than you care to admit? Mood disorders differ from depression, bipolar and seasonal affective disorder. Experiencing any of these mood disorders are really more common than not. One can live a functioning and healthy life with a mood disorder. There is hope, and I hope to be able to talk to you about that.
